Punch in and out
Open Attendance & Leave and use Punch in at the start of work and Punch out at the end. Each punch requires a current selfie, browser location coordinates, an accuracy estimate, and acknowledgement of the attendance privacy notice.
Before you submit
- Allow camera and precise location access for the Triovative site in your browser.
- Review the notice and the location accuracy shown in the punch dialog.
- Capture a live selfie. The app refreshes location immediately before final submission.
- Submit the punch, then confirm it appears in Your attendance records.
Your workspace’s effective attendance policy sets the maximum accepted location inaccuracy and a full-day minute threshold. A shift or site may be assigned to you. A site outside its radius blocks the punch only when the owner has chosen required site enforcement; evidence-only mode records the evaluation without blocking it.
An unfinished punch-out affects the draft payroll estimate as a partial day. If a historical record needs different effective times, use an attendance correction. The original selfie, coordinates, browser accuracy, and punch times remain preserved as evidence. These signals are not tamper-proof proof of physical presence.
