Privacy and your workspace data
Triovative separates each customer’s workspace records from Platform Control. The platform operator can administer onboarding and subscriptions, but cannot browse your workspace’s tasks, attendance, leave, finance records, files, or audit history through Platform Control.
What your workspace records
The service stores the information needed for people, tasks, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, finance, and administration. Attendance punches include a live selfie, location coordinates, browser-reported accuracy, and the notice acknowledgement. These are workplace evidence, not tamper-proof identity or presence verification. The customer organization decides its workplace use and access policies.
Task and finance files are delivered through authenticated, workspace-scoped access. Authorized users can use the available task, finance, and audit exports. Before sharing an export, check the recipient and contents.
If you need access, correction, erasure, or another privacy action, read the Privacy Policy and submit the Privacy Request form. Requests involving your employer’s workspace records may require coordination with the authorized customer owner. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.
Deactivating a member removes access but preserves work history. Customer archive and final deletion follow a separate controlled lifecycle; do not assume that deactivation deletes business records.
