Plans and billing

Understand plans, trials, and billing

The public pricing section lists currently published plans and prices. India-based businesses can start a self-service 15-day trial when registration is available. The owner verifies an Indian mobile number by SMS OTP before a dedicated workspace is provisioned, then uses the owner-setup email to set a password. If the SMS provider is temporarily unavailable, the platform falls back to the email-verification path. A trial is limited to 10 active users and 5 GB, or a lower selected-plan limit. Your selected paid-plan limits apply only after the first confirmed payment.

Who can manage billing?

The workspace owner opens Workspace Settings → Subscription & billing, or visits /c/your-workspace-slug/billing after sign-in. Administrators and employees cannot manage the subscription or see payment documents. Owners retain access to billing during payment restriction or read-only operation. The Help Center opens at the same public URL in a new tab.

Choose and pay for a plan

Before starting a new payment, complete and save Billing details with your legal name, billing email, domestic address, and state or union territory. Then choose a published plan and interval. The confirmation shows the base amount, GST, total renewal amount, active-user limit, storage limit, and renewal term. A plan below your current active-user count cannot be selected. Negotiated terms require a reviewed quote and agreement. Your trial limits remain in place until payment is confirmed. An existing unpaid payment link remains available from Overview while you update billing details.

Razorpay hosts payment authorization. During a trial, an owner can either keep the trial and authorize a future subscription whose first paid billing cycle starts after the trial ends, or explicitly choose End trial and pay now. The latter ends the remaining trial only after Razorpay confirms a captured payment. Returning from Razorpay or opening a checkout link does not confirm payment. Billing shows Awaiting payment confirmation until a verified provider payment is recorded. If checkout was abandoned or failed, return to Billing to resume the current link or choose an available plan. Contact billing support if the mandate is already in progress and a change is needed.

If Billing says the payment link or provider record is under review, do not use an earlier checkout link. Contact billing support to confirm the correct amount and receive a safe next step.

If a paid subscription has ended or its mandate was cancelled, the owner can still see earlier payments and download issued documents in Invoices. In an enabled self-service workspace, Choose a plan starts a new authorization; access changes only after the new payment is confirmed. If a negotiated seat agreement is still open, contact billing support for a replacement under the agreed terms instead of starting a published-price checkout. The owner can sign in again after a cancellation and is taken directly to Billing. Other workspace accounts remain unable to sign in while the subscription is cancelled.

Later changes and negotiated seats

After the first confirmed payment, use Choose a plan to request a change for the next renewal. Triovative reviews the exact price and effective date. Your current plan stays in force until a provider-supported renewal change is confirmed. Some payment mandates require a replacement arranged with the billing team. If so, Change requests shows an authorization link. Your existing mandate stays active until you authorize the replacement; the billing team then stops it before the replacement’s first scheduled charge.

A negotiated seat agreement sets a customer-specific total user allowance, term, recurring price, and any one-time uplift charge. Save your buyer Billing details before the billing team issues the uplift payment link. Extra seats apply after the agreed uplift payment is confirmed and the agreement start date arrives. Contact billing support to coordinate a plan change while a seat agreement or price restoration is open. At expiry, the published allowance and agreed base renewal terms return. Existing accounts and data remain, but new invitations and reactivations are blocked if the workspace is above its resulting limit. If the provider requires a replacement authorization to restore the base renewal price, the billing team provides its link in Change requests. Billing and People show the current effective allowance.

Payments and tax invoices

Invoices shows confirmed payment history; a provider payout to Triovative is unrelated to when your payment appears. Use Download billing records to save your payment and commercial history before offboarding. Enter your legal name, billing email, full address (including the optional second address line when needed), state or union territory, GSTIN if applicable, and purchase-order reference in Billing details before requesting a tax document. The GSTIN must begin with the selected state code. Contact billing support for billing outside India. After Triovative’s finance and tax review, including any required e-invoice registration, use Download invoice PDF to save the issued bill. Issued credit notes also have a PDF download. Until issuance, the payment record shows Tax invoice pending review. For corrections, refunds, credit notes, or an older document, contact billing support with the payment reference.

For cancellation and refund terms, read the Billing Policy. A workspace cashbook receipt is separate from the Triovative subscription payment record.
