Troubleshooting
Fix upload and CSV problems
Task and finance files are private workspace attachments. An upload can fail because of unsupported type, size, unavailable storage, or interrupted network service. A rejected upload has not become a usable attachment; check the list before trying again.
Attachments and logo
- For the business logo, use PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB.
- For a task or receipt, use a supported file type and stay within the 25 MB attachment limit. The service also validates file content; renaming an unsupported file is not enough.
- If storage is full, ask the owner to review the plan and retained files. Do not delete evidence without the organization’s approval.
Statement CSV
In Business Finance, upload the supported CSV statement format. A valid file still creates a review queue, not automatic cashbook entries. Check dates, debit or credit amounts, required columns, and duplicates; then post or ignore each pending row. A description containing a comma must be correctly quoted in the CSV.
If an upload or import fails repeatedly, keep the safe error message and request ID for support. Do not email an unredacted bank statement unless the owner has approved a secure support channel.
